Insyst's methodology uses PMI-certified standards & process management, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and risk analysis & management, in a three-phased approach to
planning, developing and deploying its professional services.
So... what does that all that technical jargon mean to the layman?
- Unlike most companies, who approach projects haphazardly, we do things in an orderly, step-by-step manner
- Before we even start, we've mapped out the entire project, figured out the full requirements & expectations, schedule & milestones & deadlines, resources, bottlenecks, etc
- We do what-if scenarios to identify potential problems, and warn you about them before they become a problem
- Most companies build first, and do a tiny bit of testing afterwards, figuring to fix bugs if and when the customer finds them. We figure an ounce of protection is worth a pound of cure, and write our automated tests before we start coding. Our goal is to deliver 100% tested and bug-free code.
